Classic Auto Gear Guarantee.
We guarantee all our products to be free from defects.  Any defective product should be returned for a full  
refund or exchange.  All the details of our return/exchange policy are listed below.    
Customer Services
Returns and Exchanges

  1. The customer  must contact Classic Auto Gear within 5 business days after receipt of
    merchandise for any exchanges or returns.  Classic Auto Gear will issue a return authorization
    prior to the customer returning any merchandise. Classic Auto Gear will not accept any returns without
    a return authorization number.  All merchandise will be returned UPS ground.   Keep your original
    receipt.
  2. Defective merchandise can be  returned for exchange or credit.  All merchandise must be
    returned within 30 days of notification.  All merchandise will be returned UPS ground at no charge to
    the customer.  
  3. Classic Auto Gear shipping errors will be returned for exchange.  All merchandise must be
    returned within 30 days of notification. All merchandise will be returned UPS ground at no charge to
    the customer.  
  4. Customer errors can be returned for exchange or credit.  Customer will be responsible for UPS
    ground shipping costs to Classic Auto Gear. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of
    notification. Any merchandise returned for credit or exchange  will be subject to a 50% restocking
    charge.  
  5. No refunds or exchanges on custom, special order or personalized  merchandise.  This
    includes any merchandise with a customers name  or the year of the car.
  6. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was shipped.  Credit or refunds will
    not be given for any merchandise that has been worn, dirty or damaged by the customer.
  7. No credit will be given after 30 days
  8. No exchanges will be given after 30 days
                                    
                          The exchange/return process:
  1. Obtain a Return Authorization(RA) number by calling 440-878-0904(Cleveland Area) or outside the
    Cleveland calling area, call 1-877-433-9292.  
  2. Make a copy of your original receipt and mark the RA number on the copy.  Include the copy of the
    receipt in the shipping container.  
  3. Mark the RA# on the shipping container.  Ship the merchandise to:

All on line orders will be confirmed by an email after check out.

Shipping
We use UPS for most of our shipments.    For residences of Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Possessions as well as
international customers we can ship via the United States Post Office, often at lower rates.

passed directly to the customer with a small $2.00 per order handling fee added.
Coupons Discounts & Special Offers
Coupons can be redeemed when ordering  on line, by phone or by mail.  When redeeming coupons or
discounts on line, enter the discount or coupon number in the identified area when checking out.  There is a
space on the mail order form for coupon and discount redemption.
General Terms
Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales Tax and Shipping charges are extra.

General payment terms.  We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and  American Express. Money
orders will be accepted with  mail orders.  Mail orders are limited to customers in the United States and
Canada only.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates have no maintenance or service fees of any kind.  Gift certificates are treated as
merchandise credit and are not redeemable for cash.  Any balance remaining after redeeming part of the
value of a gift certificate is considered remaining merchandise credit.  Gift certificates expire two years from
date of issue.
